This sport is very easy to learn and we invite anyone who is interested in learning how to play to contact us at cngladiesfootball@yahoo.com.

The rules for Women's Football differ only slightly from Men's Football. No deliberate physical contact is permitted in Women's Football and the ball may be picked up directly off the ground. Most other rules are the same as in the Men's game.
